"Pook Puck" - OSAAT challenge #198

Pook Puck to you too!! Or should I say a big
hello... Another challenge here at One Stitch At A Time and this weeks image was "Pook Puck".
This challenge is sponsored by StitchyBear digi outlet and the winner receives all the images the DT used in challenge #196.

Here is what I did with her...

I have recently been working a lot with choosing an individual colour and working with several shades of that one colour and I decided to do this with this image. As you can see, the colour I chose was green as I thought it suited this image perfectly.

I coloured her in using Spectrum Noirs, using green and a touch of pink.

I wanted to keep the background and the layout of the card simple so the main focus stayed on the image.

I mounted the image on patterned paper. I added some wide green ribbon with pink ric-rac ribbon knot to a mat and layered the image on top. I matted on to pink card and adhered to an 8 x 8 card blank.

To finish, I added an assortment of green and pink buttons.

Bits and bobs I used...

* Image for StitchyBear digi store
* Spectrum Noirs
* Patterned/plain papers
* Ribbon
* Buttons

Thanks for looking - hope you pop by again soon. L xx
